The Lodge Officers opened the lodge and received the Provincial Team headed up by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master Worshipful Brother Ben Batley who accepted the Gavel and swiftly handed over to Assistant Provincial Grand Master Worshipful Brother Russ Woodland who conducted the ceremony assisted by the Provincial Officers.  Brother George Richard Aitken was duly passed to the degree of a Fellowcraft in an excellent and enjoyable ceremony.  

There then followed a presentation of a 50 years in Masonry certificate to Worshipful Brother Leyson Bradley by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master Worshipful Brother Ben Batley who gave a retrospect of his life, both personal and Masonic.
